Deleted accounts

Deleted accounts are kept here, apart from the directory — deleting is not suspending. A deleted account cannot sign in and cannot be edited; it comes back only through Restore, which reactivates it. Nothing here is erased permanently.

Sessions

Every live sign-in the hosted copy knows about: admin sessions, staff and test app sessions, member sessions, and department grants. Revoking takes effect immediately and is written to the audit log. App sessions carry no expiry in the hosted copy, so no expiry is shown for them; department grants expire about 8 hours after they are granted.

Admin sign-in code

This console's admin account signs in with its own 6-digit code. Setting the code here replaces the credential at this door only — every other admin session is signed out, and you stay signed in here. Your Capital Hub sign-in keeps its own password: nothing in this console changes it.

Admin recovery

A recovery code is the designed way back in if the admin code is ever forgotten. Generate one now, while you are signed in, and keep it somewhere safe and private — it is shown once and never again; only a protected verifier is kept here, so nobody (including this console) can read it back. The code works once: using it sets a new admin code, signs out every admin session, and retires the code, after which a new one can be generated here. Generating a new code replaces any unused one.
