Accessibility Statement

Eyekus Capital Ventures Inc. aims to make this website usable by everyone. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, consistent with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

Accessibility is a house standard, not a feature

We take accessibility seriously — across the board, and above all in our digital products. Every website and product published by Eyekus Digital, the digital arm of Eyekus Capital Ventures Inc., is built to one standard, and this site is held to it in full:

  • Working large-text, high-contrast and reduced-motion options on every page and in every section.
  • Your choices are remembered as you move around the site.
  • Motion — animation and video alike — respects your reduced-motion setting.
  • The accessible presentation carries all of the information the visual one does. Anything less would not be fair, and we do not ship it.

Accessibility is part of how the product is made, not a layer added afterwards. If anything here ever falls short of that standard, tell us through the Feedback section below and we will put it right.

Measures in place

  • A skip-to-main-content link is the first interactive element on every page.
  • Semantic landmarks, descriptive alternative text, labelled controls, and visible keyboard focus are built into the page templates.
  • Display and motion controls on every page provide large text, a high-contrast palette, and reduced motion.
  • The homepage hero animation has a labelled pause and play control; the static emblem is shown when reduced motion is requested.
  • Reduced-motion operating-system preferences are respected.

Known limitations & pending work

  • An independent WCAG audit has not yet been completed for this staged update; new findings will be recorded here as that work is completed.
  • Older legal copy is still presented in dialogues elsewhere on the site. This page is now the permanent, linkable home for the accessibility statement.
  • Some colour combinations are brand-led. The high-contrast control provides an alternative reading palette for long-form pages.

Feedback

Tell us what barrier you encountered, the page where it happened, the device or assistive technology you were using if relevant, and what you expected to happen. Specific reports help us fix the actual problem.
